Psychosocial Recovery Coaching Program

Title: “Pathways to Strength: A Creative Recovery Journey”
Duration: 8–12 weeks (adaptable)
Format: Weekly 1–2 hour sessions (in-person or online)


Program Overview
This program blends structured recovery planning with creative exploration, emotional regulation, and community connection. It’s co-designed with the participant, allowing space for storytelling, reflection, and skill-building.

Weekly Themes & Activities

 

Week 1

Foundations of Hope

Build rapport, explore strengths, set intentions. Create a “Recovery Map” using collage or drawing.

 

 

Week 2

Understanding Recovery

Discuss recovery concepts (e.g. CHIME: Connectedness, Hope, Identity, Meaning, Empowerment). Reflect on personal meaning.

 

 

Week 3

Identity & Self-Expression

Explore identity through storytelling, poetry, or visual journaling. Create a “Who I Am” board.
